Job Description:

As the Operations Manager for an early stage startup, the key will be to be flexible around the responsibilities that this role entails. The ideal candidate will be mission driven, is incredibly organized, has an analytical mindset, and possesses the ability to take vision and concepts and turn them into actions to execute on. A generalist who enjoys wearing a lot of different hats and is able to know enough to engage and communicate with some of our specialized vendors, and loves building structure and relationships.

Key Responsabilities:

Operations: Legal, Finance, HR

  • Contract management (Investors, Advisors/Consultants, Employees)
  • Vendor management (Krantz for Finance/Accounting, K&L for Legal)
  • Application management (Gusto, Quickbooks, Docusign, Other)
  • Monthly review of cash flow and stock management
  • Referral & Deal Reg payment administration
  • Develop Company policy playbook and implement HR Strategy

Revenue Operations: Sales Ops, CS

  • Revenue forecasting CRM
  • implementation and then management
  • Inventory of customers and current contracts
  • Contract management (Customers)
  • Customer Relationship management
  • Migration of existing customers to subscription model and platform

Product Operations: Product Support, UX Research, Feature Management

  • Set up customer support system and support workflow
  • Manage User/UX Research Coordination and feature request process

Partnerships Advisors/Consultants Community

  • Referral Program
  • University Partnerships
  • Create structure for all Advisor/Consultant engagements

CEO Support

  • Provide more structure and clarity on processes in support of CEO’s vision
