As Growth Marketing Manager at Us in Technology, you will play a key role in developing marketing initiatives, managing marketing systems, reviewing and deploying marketing content, analyzing marketing data insights, and making recommendations that support the growth and expansion of UIT’s member and partner communities. And web application to scale our mission to diversify the tech industry, and with that, we are looking to design and implement scalable growth marketing efforts to corroborate this effort. The Growth Marketing Manager will play an important role in managing initiatives that function across a variety of social channels and leadership levels at Us in Technology, involving both internal and external stakeholders. In this mid-to-senior level individual contributor role, you will report to our Creative Director. This role will be responsible for developing and managing marketing programs in specific channels, supporting business objectives, lead acquisition, fostering customer retention, executing marketing tactics, and advancing brand and product awareness. Growth Marketing Manager responsibilities will also include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and paid marketing efforts, while working with our Creative Director to ensure that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand and marketing presence through a wide range of online and offline marketing efforts.
