Job Description:

As Growth Marketing Manager at Us in Technology, you will play a key role in developing marketing initiatives, managing marketing systems, reviewing and deploying marketing content, analyzing marketing data insights, and making recommendations that support the growth and expansion of UIT’s member and partner communities. And web application to scale our mission to diversify the tech industry, and with that, we are looking to design and implement scalable growth marketing efforts to corroborate this effort. The Growth Marketing Manager will play an important role in managing initiatives that function across a variety of social channels and leadership levels at Us in Technology, involving both internal and external stakeholders. In this mid-to-senior level individual contributor role, you will report to our Creative Director. This role will be responsible for developing and managing marketing programs in specific channels, supporting business objectives, lead acquisition, fostering customer retention, executing marketing tactics, and advancing brand and product awareness. Growth Marketing Manager responsibilities will also include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and paid marketing efforts, while working with our Creative Director to ensure that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand and marketing presence through a wide range of online and offline marketing efforts. Key Responsabilities:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door (focus on both supply-side and demand-side lead generation)
  • Develop brand and product narratives that resonate with our customers, and build marketing programs that delights, educates, inspires and drives impact
  • Manage the creation of valuable and engaging marketing content and oversee deployment across marketing channels, in collaboration with content partners, designers, and influencers.
  • Execute and optimize acquisition marketing programs for member growth across channels such as: Facebook/Instagram Ads, Email, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, display retargeting, content & influencer marketing, integrated brand partnerships, affiliates, and traditional PR.
  • Manage internal email marketing and retargeting platforms such as Mailchimp or Hubspot
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze both consumer and customer behavior and adjust email, social, and advertising campaigns accordingly

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of growth marketing and digital marketing experience, with startup experience preferred
  • 2+ years of managing social media channels with demonstrated growth, ideally with a content creation background.
  • Ability to tell a clear and compelling story in any social medium and understand how to craft content native to the platform
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience in graphic design is a major plus (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience in the tech industry, SaaS, and/or startups preferred.
